This compact house of 1065 Sq.ft. on One Floor  has abundant amount of windows on all sides to get the best of the view and proper cross ventilation to the house. A small but compact kitchen boasts of a store along with it which makes working very easy and comfortable. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a common toilet. And an extra wash basin area is not to be missed which is just in close proximity to the dinning space on the ground floor.

Next to the Living room is an extended trellised porch for the family to relax in the evening after a hard day at work or after school homework. The trellis can be covered with flowering creepers (Indian plant) to create an ambience and a sense of peaceful enclosure.

5. Sections through the house - either 1 or 2 in no.

6. Elevations of the house - 4 No. (from all 4 sides of the house)

7. Perspective views of the house from front entrance side and one from the rear side. Additional views can also be done for an additional charge.

8. A basic animated video of the house is also delivered on demand for an additional payment.
