This compact house of 1115 Sq.ft. on two floors has abundant amount of windows on all sides to get the best of the view and proper cross ventilation to the house. A small but compact kitchen boasts of a store along with it which makes working very easy and comfortable. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a common toilet. And an extra wash basin area is not to be missed which is just in close proximity to the dinning space on the ground floor.

The upper floor makes additional space for two more bedrooms which again shares a common toilet. The rest of the floor is available to the family for variant use from kite flying to sleeping on the terrace in summer (Indian context) or to feel the fresh rain of the year.
